This labor of love took a house which sat vacant for years and restored it to a classic Eastport Cape Cod. Richard Hammond Builders performed the demo, framing, roofing, windows, exterior trim, and siding while the homeowner finished the interior. The house was stripped down to its bare framing and RHBLLC sistered every remaining stud and floor joist to straighten the walls and add support to the floors. Now the house is virtually brand new while retaining its original charm.
