Eastern Shore Addition

This 2500 sq. ft. addition transformed the existing guest house on the property into the main house. The homeowner, architect, and Richard Hammond worked together as a team on the design which evolved during construction.

The new addition incorporates a master suite, guest bedroom, 2 baths, and a deck. The second floor deck, added mid construction, brought more natural light and outdoor living space to the studio. The home is now equipped with an automatic back-up generator, a feature greatly enjoyed by the homeowner.
